This policy will apply when TrekBound activates secure paid checkout.
Before checkout opens
Payment buttons are currently inactive. No membership charge can be completed until Stripe is connected and tested.
Subscriptions
Monthly and annual Premium plans automatically renew at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel future renewal at any time through billing settings or Support. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period.
Refund requests
Contact Support promptly if a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, technically incorrect, or if Premium access was not delivered. TrekBound will honor refunds required by law. Other requests will be reviewed fairly based on timing, use, and circumstances. Unless law requires otherwise, partial periods are not automatically prorated.
Founding Membership
The $30 Founding Membership is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription. Before purchase, checkout will repeat the first-100 limit and lifetime-of-service definition. Refund rights required by law remain intact. A refunded or reversed Founding Membership loses Premium access and may return its place to the available founding inventory.
Price changes and taxes
Future subscription prices may change after required advance notice. Applicable taxes may be added or included as shown at checkout. Cancel before the stated renewal date to avoid the next charge.
