Secure checkout

TrekBoundX uses Stripe for checkout, payment processing, receipts, and billing management. Test-mode checkout does not create a real charge.

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual Premium plans automatically renew at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel future renewal at any time through billing settings or Support. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period.

Annual trial

An eligible account may use one seven-day Premium Annual trial. A payment method is required. Cancel before the trial deadline shown by Stripe to avoid the first $49.99 annual charge. If you do not cancel, the annual subscription begins automatically and renews yearly until canceled. A trial is not cash value and cannot be restarted, transferred, or combined with the one-time Founding Membership.

Refund requests

Contact Support promptly if a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, technically incorrect, or if Premium access was not delivered. TrekBoundX will honor refunds required by law. Other requests will be reviewed fairly based on timing, use, and circumstances. Unless law requires otherwise, partial periods are not automatically prorated.

Founding Membership

The $25 Founding 500 membership is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription. Before purchase, checkout will repeat the first-500 limit and lifetime-of-service definition. Refund rights required by law remain intact. A refunded or reversed Founding Membership loses Premium access. Its permanent number is retired and is not reassigned.

Price changes and taxes

Future subscription prices may change after required advance notice. Applicable taxes may be added or included as shown at checkout. Cancel before the stated renewal date to avoid the next charge.
